So far we do not have queuing issue at IP shop. But in the event of a dispute with the queue order, we will check the security camera installed at the main door.

Sent in my banged up IWC Big Pilot for polishing and John did a very good job restoring it to brand new condition! Ladies and Gents, do purchase, polish and service with John with utmost confidence.

I must say that I did not know of this place until recently I walked past International Plaza. I think reason being I just picked up high end watch collection recently and also they operated such short hours haha!! But John's service is impeccable!! There always seems to be crowd at the shop but he never showed any signs of impatience or attitude. He still served me well even though I went in wearing Bermudas and flip flops haha. Looking at the various positive feedbacks and my own self experience, this shop is definitely worth recommending. I myself will be sending in my Rolex Daytona for his servicing as well soon!! Kudos John!!

This came abit late. But just want to add in a note to thank you for a fantastic and responsible service job on my AP RO Complications. Not a lot of local watch maker is willing to service and polish an AP with complications and you took it in and did a fantastic job.

I came down to your shop today and I am impressed with the service. Thank you for helping to solve my watch problem, though it was a very simple requirement. However, it was completed quickly, nicely and delicately.

I sent my Omega to JW for an express repair/service as I was returning to Melbourne in a few weeks.
The service was carried out before schedule & reasonably priced.
The customer service provided by John & staff is excellent!
I have informed some of my friends to send their watches to JW & highly recommend anyone to send their watches there.
