No body talk bad about John, just because he service your watches and smiling at you at his shop.
One week shop open for 2 days and only 3.5hrs per day. I will be smiling too, less than 1 day job
in a WEEK.
Well you know where I am coming from......We need more opening days, so that we can arrange
more time to visit his shop. I will not give full marks for this unfriendly timing.

Regarding our shop opening times, we understand our current arrangements are not ideal for our customers. However, given our current incoming repair job capacity, we have to reduce the shop opening times in order to cope with the watch servicing and repair orders. Watch servicing and repairs involve significant time and effort. We need to fully commit the necessary attention to each watch, and hope you understand that there is this much we can stretch our manpower to fulfil all our customers' orders.
To avoid any misunderstanding, we have been transparent with our shop opening times. It is clearly displayed in our shop and stated on our website. In addition, we also inform every customer of the average watch serving and repair lead time, before accepting any orders.
Please understand our reasons and limitations in respect of our decision to only open our shop on selected days.
