I bought a pre-owned Panerai PAM312 from John on Jul'y17. It stopped suddenly last week and I brought it back to JW Watch for repair service despite warrantee was already over for this pre-owned piece. Despite JW Watch has standard three months repair time, John personally look into this and he informed me within hours after I past him my time piece. He even repaired it within same day and free of charge. I thanks John and his term of excellence after sales service and I am continue to visit his shop to look for more time pieces as I trust I have in good hand after my purchase.

Watch was professionally serviced/overhauled at JW's. Highly recommended place for all luxury watch owners. Job took approximately 3 months to complete for less than expected compared to authorized Panerai dealership. The whole experience was definitely pleasant.

I've had a vintage Omega and Rolex serviced and I am very happy with the results.

The work done on the vintage Rolex is incredible. It was in terrible shape and needed parts. JW was able to source original parts. The dial was cleaned-up very well and the case polishing was excellent.

No body talk bad about John, just because he service your watches and smiling at you at his shop.
One week shop open for 2 days and only 3.5hrs per day. I will be smiling too, less than 1 day job
in a WEEK.
Well you know where I am coming from......We need more opening days, so that we can arrange
more time to visit his shop. I will not give full marks for this unfriendly timing.

Regarding our shop opening times, we understand our current arrangements are not ideal for our customers. However, given our current incoming repair job capacity, we have to reduce the shop opening times in order to cope with the watch servicing and repair orders. Watch servicing and repairs involve significant time and effort. We need to fully commit the necessary attention to each watch, and hope you understand that there is this much we can stretch our manpower to fulfil all our customers' orders.

To avoid any misunderstanding, we have been transparent with our shop opening times. It is clearly displayed in our shop and stated on our website. In addition, we also inform every customer of the average watch serving and repair lead time, before accepting any orders.

Please understand our reasons and limitations in respect of our decision to only open our shop on selected days.

In response to the feedbacks we have received on our website and repair turnaround time, we would like to highlight the following:

1. Website Design

Please only refer to the first page of Watches for Sale for the latest updates, i.e. most recent watches added to our stock. We understand the current design of our website is not intuitive and may be cumbersome to search for all watches that are currently available for sale.

2. Watch Repair Turnaround Time

We apologise for the long turnaround time due to high volume of incoming repair jobs. Each precision timepiece takes about three to four hours on average, and hence the current waiting time for complete overhaul is between three to nine months. We seek your understanding on this matter and would like to emphasize that we are doing our utmost best to reduce this lead time.

We greatly appreciate the feedbacks we have received. These feedbacks have certainly helped us identify how we can improve to provide our customers better service.

JW was recommended to me by a die-hard watch-collector-friend!
In May 2013, I sent in my Rolex Submariner for a complete movement overhaul, and got it back 4 months later. Though it took longer to service the watch than others, I couldn't be happier with John's work. As a fussy individual, I specifically requested *not* to polish the watch, *not* to change the dial, crown, bezel, hands even though they have shown signs of aging - John did exactly as I requested.
Now that it has been well over a year since the work was done, its accuracy is impeccable. Well done & thank you, JW!
