I was in Singapore on business and noticed that the chrono on my elderly but much-loved Heuer Pasadena wasn't working. I only dropped into the shop on the off-chance, but they could not have been more helpful and courteous. The watch was repaired in one day at very reasonable cost, and John Wang contacted me so I could collect it and gave me plenty of expert advice for it's future care. Be warned though, the shop is dangerously tempting, and it took a great deal of willpower to resist buying a lovely Omega Dynamic...

I didn?t have a chance to provide feedback. I was fortunate enough to visit the store in person in the summer of 2004. I got a crystal replaced for a vintage Rolex and bought a Rolex GMT II. Great shop, great service, and great products!! Looking forward to send my other watches to the shop for service or restored. I?m looking forward to visit the shop again at the new location on my next visit to Singapore. Definitely will purchase again from JW next!

I had a tremendous experience with JW. I am often hesitant to do watch deals with overseas sellers, but this one reinvigorated my faith in international watch deals. These folks are fanastic and are highly recommended.
