Bought the IWC watch and stop running after a month plus. Kinda worried but John assured me that it is not a big problem and will be taken off. i must say John's professionalism & service level is fantastic and would recommend anyone to buy from him. Will not hesitate to get another watch from him.

Hoping to see my proud IWC Chrono in working condition again. cheers

As mentioned that collection of my watch is 1 week later, Friday evening got a sms from John.
Tat my Rolex is ready for collection, went down next day (Sat).
Shop are full of customers, but John personally handed over my watch back to me.
He also give me a few pointers regarding my watch and also how to take care of it.
BTW, he done a great job on it !! Having polished my watch to it former glory and
he also clean up the dial ( Surface ) of the watch, very wholesomely clean and also 99.9%
spotless, accordingly to him, he regulated the watch too.
Very nice of him TO GO THE EXTRA MILE!!
Will highly recommended him to watches owners whom need to service
their watches.

After reading many feedback on the good services provided by JW.
Call John on the charges of polishing of my Rolex watch for polishing services.
Very good attitude over the phone, went down on 4th July 09.
Quoted a reasonable price for the service and can collect it over the next sat.
Well, so far so good! If the service do turn out as many peoples have claimed.
I'll be happy to introduce others to John.

Hi. Do u ship to Brunei? May I know the cost? How to book a watch? Because u r base on 1st come 1st serve, how ppl going onlyn gona benefit from 1st come 1st serve? This is because ur watches is often sold out quickly before we could get a hand on the watch. I would like to know if u ship to Brunei. Thanks.

The bezel plate of my Omega PO popped out after I had accidentally dropped it on the floor. I brought it to their local service centre, who without even looking at it much - told me it couldn't be fixed and quoted me about $300 to replace the whole bezel, even though only the bezel plate came off.

Feeling the charges are unjustfied, I then bought the watch to John - who asked me to leave the watch with him for one night as he needed time to work on it. Called me up the day and told me it was fixed. The best thing is, being a regular customer - he didn't charge me a cent and even delivered the watch to the taxi stand when I collected it so that I could save on parking charges !

This is a good example of how John and his people (eg. Angeline) goes about running their business - honest, skillful and customer oriented.

I sent my lady Rolex Watch for Servicing. Oh my gosh when I received the watch, it looked like brand new! My friend thought I bought another new watch again. Cos when I sent in, there were so many scratches & dents on the watch.

I just bought a pre-owned IWC Mark XII from JW. It is a beautiful watch. The service was excellent. John was patient and knowledgeable when he explained the history of the watch to me.

I have been JW's client for two years and I trust their expertise and fair dealing. Just like a good watch, JW has integrity and character. I like shopping there for watches. Over the last two years, I have bought two Auguste Reymond, two Oscars, one GP ladies, one Seiko Perpetual and the recent IWC. Each time I left the place a very satisfied customer.
